“Go into all the world and make disciples, teaching and baptizing them in His name."
Maranatha Ministries in Mexico focuses in three distinct areas: ministering to the indigenous Cora people of the Mexican state of Nayarit; operating a non-denominational Christian campground in Southern Baja; and helping Mexican churches grow and flourish. The Cora Ministry
High in the remote Sierra Madre Mountains in the Mexican state of Nayarit are the villages of the Cora. In 1962 Cecil and Faye Byers were the first to land their Cessna airplane on the high mountain meadow of Santa Teresa.
Campestre Maranatha is a Christian campground located in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
It is used by local churches, schools, and families for many different activities. It is also the field base for Maranatha Ministries in Mexico.
Maranatha Ministries in Mexico encourages and assists local ministries and churches in Baja and in Nayarit. Project Good News for Every Cora Village enables Cora churches to share their faith in outlying villages.
